Dr Carmel Harte

GP

Dr Carmel Harte graduated from University College Galway in 1985. She completed her GP training in Cardiff in 1990 and was awarded membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She worked abroad for a number of years -in Australia and the Middle East-,and gained an insight into the practice of family medicine in diverse environments. On return to Ireland, she worked as a member of the palliative care team in Marymount Hospice in Cork before returning to general practice. She has been practicing in Millbrook clinic since 2007.

Originally from Galway, she has lived in Bandon since 1997. She enjoys walking, swimming and is a keen Munster rugby supporter (except when they play Connacht).
